- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We set up a checking account with direct deposit to save money for Christmas. I went to the bank to cash a check to take some money out and they said the account was dormant. How is my account dormant if I have an electronic deposit done every other week for a year?! Teller Garrick was extremely rude about my disappointment with the situation.
